yellow squash

peanut oil

dried japanese peppers
chopped
Instructions
In a bowl, combine soy sauce, minced ginger, chili garlic sauce, hot chili oil, and set aside
In a pan on high heat, add peanut oil and begin add vegetables. Cook for 2 minutes, then add seafood; stir in stir fry sauce.
Stir in Japanese pepper and continue to cook, stirring frequently, until seafood is opaque and mussels are opened. Serve and enjoy!
