Slice your chicken into 1/2 inch strips length wise. Place in a container and set aside.
Slice your bellpeppers
Slice your onion, and place in a separate container and set aside.
Combine all your fajita seasoning ingredients in a container.
Cooking
In a skillet or pan heated to about medium heat, add in the chicken.
Brown for about 3-4 minutes.
Add in your veggies and stir for about another 4 minutes. At this point I'll taste it and see if the seasoning is to my liking. There's plenty of fajita seasoning left to stir in a little more if you want more spice!
With your chicken and vegetables in separate containers, add about 2 tbsp of fajita seasoning to each container and mix so that it's evenly incorporated.
Serve on tortillas with some sour cream or guacamole and enjoy!
