Mac and Cheese and Cheeseburgers. These are the two meals my son is CONSTANTLY asking me for! So I HAD to combine the two and make a cheeseburger mac and cheese recipe.

The other night I grabbed leftover cheeseburger from the fridge, and incorporated them into an easy one pan mac and cheese recipe that makes the perfect weeknight meal!

I’ve based this one pan mac and cheese from two of my favorite recipes.

My One Pan Mac and Cheese with Broccoli, along with my burger recipe. But this will work with any burger. Just as long as its leftover!

One Pan Cheeseburger Mac and Cheese is SO MUCH better than the boxed version. Easy clean up, and easy to make and best of all - Made with leftovers!

While this is simple mac and cheese, with leftover burger, feel free to experiment with this!

Add a little bacon, or maybe top it with some leftover burger toppings to makes this a funny cheeseburger meets mac and cheese meal!

But if I did that in my house? This would sit after photos and get cold. I’m honestly surprised Brayden loved this meal as is!

As picky as he is with textures I knew he’d give this a funny look. I told him “dude, its cheese burgers and mac and cheese, at least give it a shot!”

He picked at it, finally took a bite, and immediately said “This is good, daddy!”

Yes! This leftover cheeseburger mac and cheese is a new dinner favorite in the house!
