How is Easter already here?! I’m sure like most parents of toddlers know, time flies in a blink of an eye and before you know it, it’s almost halfway into the year! With time being so valuable these days, you’ll look like you slaved away in the kitchen making these Easter Egg Pizza Cookies!

I whipped up some Krusteaz Triple Chocolate Chunk cookie dough, topped with pastel colored chocolate candy, then threw it in a skillet and placed in the oven. Using Krusteaz mixes are always an HUGE time savor for me, without compromising quality.

To really get into the Easter mood, I took some of those chocolate easter eggs with that gooey filling I’ve loved so much as a kid, chopped them up and folded them into vanilla ice cream. Because you can’t have a pizza skillet cookie without topping it with ice cream!

Once the cookies are done, let them cool for about 5-10 minutes. Basically long enough so that you’re not burning yourself, but they’re still warm and gooey and the ice cream will get nice and melted once it hits that wonderful pizza cookie!

I’d say about 1 skillet will serve 2 people. IF you’re in the sharing mood. And no one will blame you for wanting to eat it all by yourself. Well.. I wont anyways! I’m not one to throw bricks in glass houses ; )

Be sure to stock up on Krusteaz triple chocolate chunk cookie mix, then head over to their website and grab the recipe! After everyone has loaded up on ham and wonderful Easter sides, serve up some spoons and skillets of Easter Pizza Cookies to top off the night!
