This white bean queso dip is loaded with all sorts of goodness. Bush’s® White Chili Beans, ground beef and all sorts of cheese. It’s got tailgating vibes all over it!
It’s a simple last minute white bean queso dip to make. We’re using simple ingredients: cream cheese, pepper jack and a little cheddar, some taco seasoning and some diced tomatoes.
Then to load it up, I added some ground beef and the star of the show, Bush’s® White Chili Beans. No need to drain these beans. Let that mild chili sauce absorb into this queso dip!
Bush’s® White Chili Beans are slow cooked until tender and simmered in a white chili sauce perfectly seasoned with garlic, cumin and onion. So, this flavor profile is the perfect fit for this queso dip. I’m stoked to bring this to the table for the family to munch on during game time. We’re casual Big Game watchers, but our jam is hockey.
After almost 10 months of no action from our favorite team, we’re so excited to be watching our team again!
And if white beans aren’t your thing, you’ve gotta check out Bush’s® line up of Chili Beans! They have a whole assortment of beans that will make this queso dip shine—or any quick and easy tailgating app you can dream up!
Like honestly, if I wasn’t worried about scalding my delicate skin, I would want to swim in this white bean queso dip. It’s seriously addicting, and hard to not grab another chip and dip in. Seriously, I’m supposed to be writing this post right now, but I keep running downstairs to grab another bite!
Ok, I’m just going to get to the recipe now because all I’m doing is drooling over my keyboard at these photos and want to go dip my face in this white queso bean dip!
