There’s so many ways to prepare gnocchi. My favorite ways is this baked gnocchi and meatball skillet!
Gnocchi is one of my favorite pastas, that isn’t technically a pasta. And when it comes to weeknight meals, its gotta be easy to prep.
Throwing in some gnocchi, marinara, frozen meatballs and a little mozzarella cheese in a skillet, doesn’t get much easier than that!
I like to top it off with some fresh mozzarella balls as well. I love the texture they have and I’m kind of a cheese nut so I can’t get enough of it.
I’m constantly making batches of marinara in my house so I always have vacuum sealed back of sauce in the freezer. This is a great way to get those used up.
If you’re looking for other easy Italian dishes try this Stromboli recipe. This is an easy way to feed the family on a busy weeknight too!
