Today is the last day of summer, and what better way to ring it out with an iced coffee concoction? An Iced Horchata Latte sounds like the perfect way to me!

I’ve added a little cinnamon and agave nectar to Pacific Foods Rice Vanilla Beverage to make a quick and easy horchata. It’s perfect on its own as an afternoon treat.

But here’s what I like to do – add it to my cold brew coffee in the morning!

An iced horchata latte, is the perfect way to get your afternoon caffeine jolt. It’s nice and cold, and I’m a little on the caffeine junkie side, so I use the strong stuff.

The smooth Pacific Foods Rice vanilla beverage turned into horchata, compliments the iced coffee perfectly too! I love making a big batch and keeping it in the fridge during the week. Anything to get a quick boost of energy when I get home from work to help out with the kids is a must!

Want this warm? Make the horchata ahead of time, and use it as your creamer for your coffee in the morning!
