These nachos are easy peasy – Topped with cheese seasoned with some texas pepper based rub and some black beans.

Then loaded with a mound of smoked pulled pork for an easy game day treat!

Smoked Pulled Pork Nachos

Ingredients

  • 1 lb pulled pork
  • 2 cups chips
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 1/2 cup black beans

Instructions

  • Load up a pan full of chips with cheese dusted with your favorite rub, black beans and pulled pork
  • Bake at 375 F for until the cheese is nice and melted. Top with your favorite toppings and devour!
